3000 Wellington Road, Kemptville

For this project, LPA was retained by the Owner of 3000 Wellington Road to provide planning consulting with respect to a Site Plan Control application for Phase 1 of a large commercial development at the intersection of Wellington Road and County Road 43.

Phase 1 of the proposal consists of a single multi-unit building designed to accommodate four tenants, one of which is Starbucks and will include a drive-through. The remaining units offer space to accommodate a variety of retail and restaurant type uses for the Town of Kemptville.
