Walmart Cornwall Superstore - 700 Cumberland Street

Our client, Smart Centres, is the owner of an existing Walmart in Cornwall, Ontario. In order for the Walmart’s parking lot to comply with the requirements of the Zoning By-law, a Minor Variance application was required to permit a reduced parking space area and to reduce the minimum length of the accessible parking stalls.
Our role was to manage the applications with Committee of Adjustment and act as agent on the file. The application was approved.
