The owners of the property located at 35 Clarey Avenue retained the services of LPA to assist with Minor Variance Applications.
The owners wanted to construct a house with a modern style, which required approval of varainces to the zoning by-law in terms of lot width, lot area, and side yard setback.
Lloyd Phillips & Associates Ltd. prepared the Planning Rationale in support of the sought variances and presented the application at Committee. The application were approved in July of 2016.
