3273 and 3247 Moodie Drive are located south of the Jock River in Richmond.
The 17 hectares of land is zoned for mineral extraction but have an existing dwelling on each parcel. The application is to rezone the recently severed lot to recognize and permit the detached dwelling on the property. The rezoning application is also to fulfill a condition of a consent for severance application imposed by the Committee of Adjustment.
Our role was to lead the rezoning application with the City of Ottawa.
