In 2015, LPA was retained by Harden Realties to organize and act as agent for a proposed Site Plan Control Application for the construction of a mixed-use retail and commercial development at the corner of Old Montreal Road and Trim Road.
The development proposes three new buildings, situated along the north, west, and south borders of the site. The uses will include: restaurants, drive-through restaurants, and a medical facility use.
Due to site constraints, an application for minor variances was required to address revisions to the performance standards in relation to landscaping and total number of required parking spaces.
Status: The Site Plan Application was approved June 7th, 2017, and registered in July 2017. The Minor Variance Application was heard at the May 17th Committee of Adjustment hearing and was approved.
