The subject site is currently a vacant lot in an established residential neighborhood in the eastern quadrant of Kemptville.
Our firm acted as planning consultant and agent to the client in order to submit a Site Plan Control Application with the Municipality of North Grenville. The client is proposing to construct a two-storey apartment building with a basement and 22 units.
The site plan achieves higher densities than the surrounding area yet accomplishes compatibility and an appropriate transition of built form to the adjacent residential areas. The proposal will provide one and two-bedroom dwelling unit types, which are anticipated to meet the needs of this community, and will provide additional housing opportunities for this area.
The application for Site Plan Control has been submitted to the Municipality of North Grenville.
